Thanks for the product, I love the design and the overall fit! Though the thomb right rope is too tight and the sole after some use got an embarrassing smell…

Hi Elena, thanks so much for your feedback :) We use a breathable vegan suede and that should not happen. I have personally wear them the whole summer and they have got no smell. Have you tried cleaning them with a humid cloth and a bit of soap? Then you can leave them at the sun to dry. Hope this works. Again, thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it! My initial positive customer experience disappeared completely in the moment I received the shoes. Terrible packaging for an expensive pair of shoes which were not even inside a proper box.

Nuestro packaging es sostenible, hemos diseñado esa bolsa-caja de algodón y cartón reciclado con la idea de evitar usar plástico y los zapatos van envueltos en papel de seda reciclado para protegerlos. La bolsa de algodón es reutilizable para que te acompañe en tus viajes y al ser grande tambíen tiene múltiples usos. Sentimos que el cartón te llegase arrugado y roto, debió ser por el transporte. Very comfortable but the sole started to tear apart after 3 wears. Very sad about it because it was quite expensive

I personally have been using them the whole summer and they are perfect and have not received any comment in this kind from other clients.
