WHAT GUARANTEE DOES FOOTWEAR PURCHASED ON THE WEBSITE HAVE?

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. FIRST EXCHANGE FREE : We cover the shipping costs for the new size or model, to any country in the world. The customer is responsible for sending the shoe being exchanged back to us.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY (only available in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands). If interested, please contact us at momoc@momocshoes.com or WhatsApp: +34 619 436 569.

3. EASY RETURNS: Up to 30 days

4. Shoes purchased as Christmas or Three Kings' Day gifts can be exchanged/returned until January 10, 2026. This means we've extended the 30-day return period. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to exchange or return any shoes. Thank you!

How many business days will it take for my order to arrive?

          All shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. We will not accept collect shipments under any circumstances. If you have any questions contact us

          Our website does not accept returns of items purchased in multi-brand physical stores that sell Momoc items.

          Exchange/Return Conditions

          In general, to proceed with an exchange/return you must verify that the following requirements are met:

          – The product must not be used, whether you wish to exchange or return it.

          – No more than 30 days should pass since you received the product.

          Returns via the website:

          In addition to the above requirements, the return order must be sent in the same condition in which it was received (including the Momoc shoe bag). If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar size and capacity.

          If these conditions are met, Momoc will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the initial shipping costs. In cases of manufacturing or quality defects on Momoc's part, the return shipping costs will also be refunded (only if the shoe is replaced with the same model or another; if you wish to return the original, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs).

          Momoc is not responsible for lost packages sent by you during the return or exchange process. Therefore, we recommend that any packages you send are trackable, have a tracking number, or similar, as additional proof of shipment.

          The refund will be processed within 15 business days, Monday through Friday, starting from the date we receive the returned item. Once processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

          The customer is always responsible for shipping costs. Momoc will not accept collect shipments under any circumstances.

          Through the website, it is only possible to process exchanges and returns of products purchased at Momocshoes.com.

          HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I DECIDE I DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE IT?

          You can cancel it as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday*.

          To cancel, please send us an email to momoc@momocshoes.com .

          If the order has already left our warehouses, it cannot be cancelled, but a refund can be issued once it has been received.

          *Countries or regions that require customs management and cash on delivery orders are shipped only from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

          WHAT CAN I DO IF MY SHOES PURCHASED AT A MULTI-BRAND STORE HAVE A MANUFACTURING DEFECT?

          If you believe your shoes have a manufacturing defect, return to the multi-brand store where you purchased them, with your proof of purchase, so that the store can give you an immediate response and, if necessary, contact us.

          CAN I FIX MY MOMOCS?

          We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer a repair service. However, we are working on it.

          If you believe your shoes have a manufacturing defect, please write to us at momoc@momocshoes.com

          WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY ONLINE ORDER?

          If you have returned your online purchase through the website, we will proceed to verify the merchandise and the reasons you have indicated when we receive the return order.

          Once verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 15 business days, counted from Monday to Friday, from the receipt of the item subject to return in our warehouse.

          The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for your original purchase. It will appear in your account within 3 to 5 days of processing, depending on your bank.

          CAN I TRACK THE RETURN OF MY ONLINE ORDER?

          We will update the status and inform you by email:

          -When you have registered the return order.

          -Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse.

          CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

          Purchases made using a promotional code are also covered by Momoc's Guarantees.

          In the case of a cash on delivery return, you will be refunded the corresponding amount of the amount paid.

          Momoc will not be obligated to refund the promotional code that was applied to the returned purchase.
