Very late delivery
Dear Honey, thank you for your feedback — we always take reviews seriously and want to give some important context for anyone reading this.
Both pairs were made to order and crafted by hand in Spain. Our standard process is to wait until both pairs are ready before shipping them together. In your case, we made an exception and sent the first pair ahead of time — in good faith — so you wouldn't have to wait. The second pair was shipped as soon as it was ready, just a few days after the 8-week window indicated on our product pages.
We are sorry the experience didn't feel right to you. We genuinely did our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, going beyond our usual process to do so.
If there is anything we can help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out directly.
Warm regards,
Gabriela
MOMOC Shoes
Tacón midi Wednesday Negro
They are very elegant and comfortable. I got a lot of compliments for them
The shoes are loose. And because I waited for them for 2 months, I didn't want to send them back and wait another 2 months for a new pair...So I kept them..
Dear Monika, thank you so much for your review and for your patience waiting for your pair.
We are sorry to hear they feel a little loose — and we completely understand why you didn't want to go through another wait. But we wish you had reached out to us first! We always produce more than one pair of each model precisely for situations like this, so a size down would very likely have been available straight away — no extra waiting.
It's always worth writing to us before deciding to keep a pair that doesn't fit perfectly. We do our best to find a quick solution.
In the meantime, if you'd like to try making them work: many of our customers who are between sizes find that a half insole makes a big difference — they say the shoes feel much more comfortable and secure. It might be worth a try!
And if you'd like to explore an exchange, please don't hesitate to reach out — we'll do our best to help.
Warm regards,
Gabriela
It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my order from you !!!!
Dear Zofia, thank you for your feedback — we are sorry for the confusion.
Your order was indeed shipped and the tracking number was sent to you by email (check spam folder in case it landed there). Unfortunately the package was not collected and has been returned to our warehouse. We are reaching out to you directly to arrange redelivery as soon as possible.
Warm regards,
Gabriela
