IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. FIRST EXCHANGE FREE: we cover the shipping costs for the new size or model, to any country in the world. The customer is responsible for sending the shoe being exchanged back to us.

4. SHOES PURCHASED AS GIFTS CAN BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED AFTER CHRISTMAS OR THREE KINGS' DAY. That is, we extend the 30-day return period. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible in the event of an exchange/return. Thank you!

1. SUMMARY

Shipping

Delivery times are as follows:

• In stock:

- Spain: 2 to 3 days

- Europe: 3 to 7 days

• Made to order: up to 8 weeks to be shipped

• Available in our central warehouses in Spain: 7 days. Usually delivered within one week.

• Items are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery time is between 2 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch.

• No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or on public holidays in each specific region or country. All MOMOC purchases are delivered by reputable courier companies.

Returns and exchanges

EXCHANGE: first exchange free, we will send you the new size or model. The customer is responsible for sending the shoe being exchanged back to us.

If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item.

• The product must not be used.

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent and, where possible, in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced with one of similar size and capacity.

Cancellations

• You can cancel your order(s) at any time before dispatch and you will receive a full refund.

• If your order has already been dispatched (i.e. it has already left the warehouse), you will have to wait until delivery to cancel the order, although such cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions established for returns (see section "Exchanges and returns").

This website and its related services are available under the following Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") and any other rules set out on our website. Specifically, customers must provide their real name, telephone number, email address and other requested information. Likewise, when placing orders for items, you will be asked to provide payment details, ensuring that the payment details you provide when placing the order are valid and correct, confirming that you are the person named in the billing information you provide.

By placing an order, you expressly authorise us to verify your details and, when MOMOC deems it necessary, to communicate or obtain information from third parties (including any updated information) about you, including but not limited to your credit card number, to validate it, obtain initial authorisation and authorise the purchase transaction.

Stock

The products shown on this website reflect MOMOC's catalogue. The availability of our products is in real time, so it is possible that some selected products may not be in stock. MOMOC's online store does not accept responsibility for out-of-stock items or any of the models shown.

Our products change each season.

Please note that items in the shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer.

How to buy

MOMOC uses the following purchasing procedure:

You must select and add to the shopping cart the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on the shopping cart icon on the website.

The shopping cart will include the reference number of the selected item(s), the model name, size and price (including VAT).

In the shopping cart itself, we will show you a list of the item(s) you are about to purchase, the total price (including VAT and shipping costs).

Once you have selected the item(s), you must complete the order form. On this order form, you must enter your personal details and payment information in order to process your order. Please note that all details must be completed correctly to avoid confusion and problems when shipping the purchased item(s).

Order confirmation

Once you have made your selection and placed your order, you will receive an email from MOMOC confirming that your order has been registered (order confirmation). This order confirmation will include, among other things, information regarding the identification of the purchased item(s), the total price (including VAT and shipping costs) and delivery details.

If you make an error when placing your order, contact our Customer Service at momoc@momocshoes.com where we will be happy to help you. However, always make sure to review your order before placing it. Before confirming, you have the option to edit the information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or your credit card details; you can also change or remove items from your shopping cart.

If an error occurs in the message, it may be due to a temporary communication problem with the network or an error in typing the email address provided. In both cases, contact our Customer Service at momoc@momocshoes.com. We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, payment authorisation cannot be obtained, shipping restrictions apply to a specific item, or the item is out of stock. In the latter case, we will inform you by email and refund all payments made.

We are not responsible to you or third parties for the withdrawal of any merchandise from the website, even if it has been sold; nor for the deletion, revision or editing of materials or content on the website; nor for refusing to process a transaction.

Pricing policy

Prices shown on this website are in Euros and include all applicable taxes, except those expressly excluded. All prices and offers will correspond to those published on the website. The price of products shown on this website at the time of order confirmation will be valid. MOMOC is not responsible for special taxes, customs duties or additional delivery costs. MOMOC reserves the right to modify its retail prices at any time, except for orders that have already been placed.

Payment methods and security

Orders can be placed at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You must confirm that the credit/debit card you are using is yours or that the cardholder has authorised you to use it. Credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by their card issuer. If your card issuer declines payment authorisation to MOMOC, we will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of the order.

We do our best to make this website secure. In order to ensure the security of payment transactions, MOMOC uses a secure payment system. This means that all sensitive data (e.g. credit card number and expiry date) is encrypted and transmitted directly to a secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We will also endeavour to keep your order and payment details secure to the extent that we are authorised to do so; however, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held responsible for any losses you may suffer if a third party attempts to gain unauthorised access to the information you provide when accessing this website or placing an order from this website.

MOMOC will not assume responsibility for delays in the delivery of merchandise resulting from the lack of authorisation by the bank.

Multiple orders will be shipped when all items are available. Partial shipments are not made.

MOMOC reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons. Affected customers will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel the order when we cannot verify shipping and/or billing details; if this occurs, we will notify you. We also reserve the right not to accept and/or cancel an order if we believe the buyer intends to obtain the items for resale.

Purchase guarantee

We can only fulfil the order if the delivery address is the usual place of residence or workplace located in one of the countries indicated on this website.

The items offered through this website reflect MOMOC's collection and meet the same quality requirements as those sold in the multi-brand stores where MOMOC sells its products.

Each product contains the following information:

MOMOC aims to display the colour of its shoes as close as possible to the actual colour. However, the colour of the shoes may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor. For this reason, MOMOC does not guarantee that the colour displayed on the monitor is an exact reproduction of the original.

Special offers, promotions and discounts will be valid until the indicated date or until there are no more items in stock, whichever comes first.

Deliveries and insurance

MOMOC insures each purchase during transit until delivery to the specified shipping address. All orders are delivered by reputable courier companies.

Dispatch times are as follows:

• In stock: 48 to 72 hours.

• Available in our central warehouses in Spain: 7 days. Usually delivered within one week.

• Items are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Delivery time is between 2 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch.

Deliveries will be made to the usual place of residence or workplace located in one of the countries indicated on this website. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Once the receipt has been signed, the items become the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays in each specific region or country. All MOMOC purchases are delivered by reputable courier companies.

In order to avoid delivery problems (incorrect addresses, absent person at the address), the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the field with the contact telephone number.

When your order has left the warehouse, we will send you an email indicating the tracking number assigned by the courier company for the delivery of your item(s). This way you can see where your order is at all times. If you have ordered more than one pair of shoes, we will wait until all items in the order are available before dispatching, as we do not make partial deliveries.

All items delivered by MOMOC will remain the property of MOMOC until MOMOC receives payment.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order(s) at any time before dispatch and you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched (i.e. it has already left the warehouse), you will have to wait until delivery to cancel the order, although such cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions established for returns (see section "Exchanges and returns").

You can also contact our Customer Service at momoc@momocshoes.com to cancel your order, provided it has not been dispatched.
