Liebes Momc-Team, ich hatte zwei unterschiedliche Schuhe bestellt und mich für ein Paar entschieden. Die Rücksendung war sehr umständlich und ich weiß auch nicht, ob ich das Geld erstattet bekommen werde, da ich nichts mehr von momoc zu meiner Rücksendung gehört habe.

We exchange emails and you indicated us you wanted to return one pair of shoes, we sent you the link for the return but we have not yet received back your shoes, do you have a tracking email you can share with us? The shoes are very beautiful and comfortable. However, I made a mistake with the size. I have returned them and am waiting for my size.
I have given up returning this shoe, and MOMOC wont help me. It feels like "shaming and blaming".
