Hi Sergey, Your shoes were sent immediately and we sent you the tracking number via email, we even personally emailed you to kindly ask you to closely follow up the tracking link as Minsk is not a city we normally send. We have been replying swiftly to your emails but the delay is due to the post office and is something that escapes from our hands. I did not receive my order but I have been charged for it. Cannot get hold of customer service. Really frustrating and disappointing.

As you know we personally contacted you, first via email, and as we did not received reply, via WhatsApp. We kindly asked you to please follow up the Fedex tracking number we have previously sent you via email.
We have contacted Fedex and they indicate us they tried to deliver the parcel to you several times but were not able to. Apparently they are sending us back the shoes because they were not picked up... we have opened an incidence in Fedex so they are delivered to you again. If not, we will send a new pair.
We always reply, but we are not super heros, and sometimes we take a few hours or a day to reply as we have an huge amount of work.
