The shoes were too small. I followed the size chart and meassured my feet after a really long hot day. When returning them I received the answer that this model is smaller than other pairs. If you are a small label and you know, why not write it in the describtion? This is particularly annoying since I not only waited for more than a year until these were back in stock in my size but also needed to pay 17,50 € to return the purchase. Aaaand after 3 months they still didn't pay my refund of 118,40 €.

Im very happy with my Urraca azul shoes. Not only do they look beautiful and very stylish, they also are super comfortable.

I really love these flats, especially the color. The provide that pop of blue to a chic black and white ensemble. They're comfortable, beautiful, and unique!
