How many drawings can I send?
We recommend between 5 and 10 drawings to achieve a balanced design. Our team will combine them harmoniously on the shoe.
Is there a limit to the number of colours in the embroidery?
We can work with up to 8 different colours per pair of ballet flats.
Can I customise the base colour of the shoe?
For now, the base is always black ultrasuede. It's the perfect canvas for the drawings to shine.
What if I don't like the preview?
We work with you until you're 100% happy before we start embroidering. At no extra cost.
Can I send drawings from other loved ones?
Yes — drawings from grandchildren, nieces and nephews, godchildren, friends, even from your own childhood. Any lines you want to carry with you.
Can it be given as a gift?
Absolutely. It's one of the most emotional gifts Momoc offers. We can send you an explanatory card so the recipient knows how to send the drawings.
Can it be returned?
As a personalised and unique product, returns are not accepted. That's why we work with you until the final confirmation before embroidering.
