My initial positive customer experience disappeared completely in the moment I received the shoes. Terrible packaging for an expensive pair of shoes which were not even inside a proper box.

Nuestro packaging es sostenible, hemos diseñado esa bolsa-caja de algodón y cartón reciclado con la idea de evitar usar plástico y los zapatos van envueltos en papel de seda reciclado para protegerlos. La bolsa de algodón es reutilizable para que te acompañe en tus viajes y al ser grande tambíen tiene múltiples usos. Sentimos que el cartón te llegase arrugado y roto, debió ser por el transporte. Very comfortable but the sole started to tear apart after 3 wears. Very sad about it because it was quite expensive
Hi Girda, thanks for your feedback. Sorry for what happened, you should have emailed us and we would have send a new pair or repair the one you received. I personally have been using them the whole summer and they are perfect and have not received any comment in this kind from other clients.
