Hi Anne, thanks for your feedback. However, it's not true you can't return them. We sent you via email the warehouse address in Spain and also the link where our clients process the exchanges/returns without any problem. Really don't understand what is happening. Also, your return is regarding the sneakers not this ballerinas model. You asked us to refund you without sending us back the shoes, sorry but can't do that, it's understandable (imagine all clients start asking to refund without sending us back the shoes, it is not managable for any company).
