no fulfilment for ballerinas ordered since mid-november

I can't give my opinion as I didn't get my ballerinas ordered mid-november. I wrote 3 times and after having given the excuse of holidays in the country, i suddenly hear that there is no stock any more. I would have liked to know it earlier. December 15th, Alcossebre, Spain.

You did receive the shoes but you wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. Please note that, as indicated on our website and product page, we are a sustainable brand and produce on-demand because is the most responsible way to create fashion, without excess. You received your shoes before the estimated deadline, which is 7 weeks. We proceeded to the exchange as requested by you on 1st December. Its 15/12 and we explain they will be finished mid nex week.

Is more than reasonable this waiting.

Of course we want clients who support a sustainable fashion which will benefit both the planet and its inhabitants, its the only way forward we have. As requested, we proceed to the refund.

Beautiful & comfortable

I love the style and the color. I have gotten so many compliments on these shoes! I normally wear a size 8.5 US, and the size 39 fit perfectly. They are so comfortable too! The heel height is perfect for me.
