Thank you so much for your feedback — we are truly sorry to hear that the back of the ballerina has been causing you discomfort. That is never what we want for you.
Before you let them go, we'd love to help you find a solution — it would be a shame to give up on a pair that might just need a small adjustment.
Two things that often work very well for heel discomfort in ballerinas:
— A half insole placed at the back of the shoe can make a significant difference — it reduces friction and keeps the heel more secure. You can find them easily in any pharmacy or shoe shop, and they take just seconds to fit.
— A cobbler can also add a small heel grip or pad, which is a very common and inexpensive fix.
Both options are quick, easy and often solve the problem completely.
