Before you let them go, we'd love to help you find a solution — it would be a shame to give up on a pair that might just need a small adjustment.
Two things that often work very well for heel discomfort in ballerinas:
— A half insole placed at the back of the shoe can make a significant difference — it reduces friction and keeps the heel more secure. You can find them easily in any pharmacy or shoe shop, and they take just seconds to fit.
— A cobbler can also add a small heel grip or pad, which is a very common and inexpensive fix.
Both options are quick, easy and often solve the problem completely.

Comfy (although needed a little wearing in with tights first) and I get a lot of compliments for them.

Hi Anne, thanks for your feedback. However, it's not true you can't return them. We sent you via email the warehouse address in Spain and also the link where our clients process the exchanges/returns without any problem. Really don't understand what is happening. Also, your return is regarding the sneakers not this ballerinas model. You asked us to refund you without sending us back the shoes, sorry but can't do that, it's understandable (imagine all clients start asking to refund without sending us back the shoes, it is not managable for any company). I can't give my opinion as I didn't get my ballerinas ordered mid-november. I wrote 3 times and after having given the excuse of holidays in the country, i suddenly hear that there is no stock any more. I would have liked to know it earlier. December 15th, Alcossebre, Spain.

You did receive the shoes but you wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. Please note that, as indicated on our website and product page, we are a sustainable brand and produce on-demand because is the most responsible way to create fashion, without excess. You received your shoes before the estimated deadline, which is 7 weeks. We proceeded to the exchange as requested by you on 1st December. Its 15/12 and we explain they will be finished mid nex week.
Is more than reasonable this waiting.
Of course we want clients who support a sustainable fashion which will benefit both the planet and its inhabitants, its the only way forward we have. As requested, we proceed to the refund.
