El tacón negro que buscabas. El Wednesday es uno de nuestros modelos más queridos — y no es casualidad. Con 4 cm de altura midi, estabilidad total y una plantilla acolchada que cuida cada paso, es el zapato que te pones a las 8 de la mañana y sigues llevando a las 10 de la noche sin pensar en él.

De corte limpio y atemporal, combina con todo: pantalón de vestir, vaqueros, falda midi. Fabricado artesanalmente en Elda (Alicante) con materiales sostenibles de origen español. Diseñado para durar, no para una temporada.

As indicated on our website and product page, we are a sustainable brand and produce on-demand because is the most responsible way to create fashion, without excess. As indicated on the product page, we take up to 8 weeks to produce your order, but it should be less, they should be ready to send mid-September.

There was an error from our side and sent you the tracking number when we should not have done it as your order was not ready yet, sorry for this!

Shoes never arrived although I was charged for them

Your shoes are being made and will be send soon.

There was indeed an error from our side and sent you the tracking number when we should not have done it as your order was not ready yet, but this was also explained and we apologize.

I have not received the shoes and customer service is not responding to me

I did not receive my order but I have been charged for it. Cannot get hold of customer service. Really frustrating and disappointing.

As you know we personally contacted you, first via email, and as we did not received reply, via WhatsApp. We kindly asked you to please follow up the Fedex tracking number we have previously sent you via email.

We have contacted Fedex and they indicate us they tried to deliver the parcel to you several times but were not able to. Apparently they are sending us back the shoes because they were not picked up... we have opened an incidence in Fedex so they are delivered to you again. If not, we will send a new pair.

We always reply, but we are not super heros, and sometimes we take a few hours or a day to reply as we have an huge amount of work.
