  • How do I get the right size when buying online?

Momoc shoes fit true to size. Between two sizes (i.e., EU 38.5), we recommend going up one size (i.e., EU 39).

  • What does it mean that shoes are vegan and sustainable?

They're vegan because they don't contain any animal-derived materials ( cruelty-free ). They're sustainable because we make our shoes with recycled and eco-friendly materials from Europe.

  • What materials are shoes made of?

The sole is made from recycled tires or recycled rubber with rice husks. The lining and insole are made from breathable, chrome-free eco-friendly microfiber. The upper (called the upper) is composed of vegan, recycled, and natural materials (e.g., 100% cotton velvet, recycled polyester and cotton, and innovative materials like corn or pineapple leather). Finally, the low heel is made from 100% recycled wood, and the mid-heel is made from 100% very light wood.

  • How many business days will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times are as follows:

    • On request: up to 7 weeks to be shipped
    • Will I receive an email with the tracking number for my order?

    For shipping, we normally work with GLS and Correos. When we ship your order, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

    • Do you accept cash on delivery?

    • How long does it take to produce an order?

    Momoc is a sustainable company, and we support the on-demand model to avoid unnecessary waste (when it can be avoided). Depending on the model, it can take up to 7 weeks for your order to be ready.

    If you need your order for a specific date (an event), let us know by email or WhatsApp (icon available on the website) and we'll confirm if we'll arrive on time.

    • Can I change my order?

    The first model/size exchange is free. We cover the shipping costs for the new size or model to any country in the world. The customer is responsible for returning the shoe to us if the exchange is necessary.

    • What are the steps to follow in case of return/exchange?

    The conditions for returning/exchanging the product are:

    • The product must not be used.
    • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and, if possible, in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, it must be replaced with one of similar size and capacity.
    • Send an email to momoc@momocshoes.com indicating the order number and the reason for the exchange/return (it's the only way we can continue improving, thank you!).
    • The product must be returned to our offices. Please include the order number and model number in a note, which we will send you by email. There are two options:
    1. (for returns only) option to request a return label (this service has the same cost as the shipping price) to deliver the package to the nearest Post Office.
    2. Send it to the following address with any courier company (we recommend sending them with a tracking number):

    Once the received item has been inspected to confirm compliance with the Return Conditions, we will proceed to send the new product or process the refund.

    • What happens if a product I'm interested in is unavailable?

    If a specific product is unavailable, please contact us via email: momoc@momocshoes.com , WhatsApp using the icon on the website, or Instagram . We'll confirm if we can manufacture the model you're looking for.
