WHAT GUARANTEE DOES FOOTWEAR PURCHASED ON THE WEBSITE HAVE?
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. FIRST EXCHANGE FREE : We cover the shipping costs for the new size or model to any country in the world. The customer is responsible for returning the shoe to us if the exchange is necessary.
2. CASH ON DELIVERY (only available in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands). If you're interested, please contact us at momoc@momocshoes.com or WhatsApp: 619436569.
3. EASY RETURNS: Up to 30 days and the option to request a return label with Correos ( this service has the same cost as shipping and will be deducted from the refund amount).
4. SHOES PURCHASED AS CHRISTMAS OR KINGS' DAY GIFTS CAN BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED UNTIL 10/01/2025. This means we're extending the 30-day return period. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible in case of an exchange or return. Thank you!

Exchange/Return Conditions
In general, to proceed with an exchange/return you must verify that the following requirements are met:
– The product must not be used, whether you wish to exchange or return it.
– No more than 30 days should pass since you received the product.
Return via the web:
In addition to the above requirements, the return order must be sent in the same condition as it was received (including the Momoc shoe bag). If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar size and capacity.
If these conditions are met, Momoc will refund the cost of the merchandise less the initial shipping costs. In the case of a manufacturing or quality defect on the part of Momoc, you will also be reimbursed for the return shipping costs (only in the case of replacement of the shoe with the same model or another; if you wish to return it, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs).
Momoc is not responsible for lost packages sent by you during the return or exchange process. Therefore, we recommend that packages sent by you be trackable, include a tracking number, or similar, as additional proof of shipment.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days, Monday through Friday, from the date we receive your return. Once processed, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping costs must always be borne by the customer. Momoc will not accept freight collect shipments under any circumstances.
Only exchanges and returns for products purchased at Momocshoes.com can be processed through the website.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I END UP NOT WANT TO RECEIVE IT?
You can cancel it as long as it hasn't shipped. Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday*.

If the order has already left our warehouses, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned once it has been received.
*Countries or regions requiring customs clearance and cash-on-delivery orders are shipped only Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY SHOES PURCHASED AT A MULTI-BRAND STORE HAVE A MANUFACTURING DEFECT?
If you believe your shoes have a manufacturing defect, return to the multi-brand store where you purchased them with proof of purchase. They will then be able to respond immediately and, if necessary, contact us.

CAN I FIX MY MOMOCS?
We regret to inform you that we currently do not have a repair service. But we are working on it.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PAYMENT FOR MY ONLINE ORDER?
If you returned your online purchase through our website, we will verify the merchandise and the reasons you provided when we receive your return request.
Once verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 15 business days, Monday through Friday, from the date the returned item is received at our warehouse.
The credit will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. It will appear in your account within 3 to 5 days after the payment is processed, depending on your bank.
CAN I TRACK THE RETURN OF MY ORDER ONLINE?
We will update the status and inform you by email:
-When you have registered the return order.
-Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTION CODE?
Purchases made using a promotional code also benefit from the Momoc Guarantee.
In the case of a cash on delivery return, you will be refunded the corresponding amount of the amount paid.
Momoc will not be obligated to refund the promotional code applied to the returned purchase.
