Lady Grace golden vegan heels
More than just pretty shoes : unique, comfortable, colorful, timeless, cruelty-free , made in Spain using recycled and ecological materials.
A very special wedding shoe, its black and gold color makes it perfect for combining with any look. Very comfortable (I even tried them at my sister's wedding!) and wearable with a dress, skirt, or pants. Comfortable 8cm heel.
The cut is made with a technique that does not waste any material (zero waste) , it is sewn using strips, hence its special and original shape.
OUR HISTORY
Perfect for any look, to add that touch of elegance. Plus, there's a fabric combination: recycled and vegan ultrasuède, and the heel is lined with 100% cotton black velvet.
They fit true to size. Between two sizes (ie, EU 38.5) we recommend going up one size (ie, EU 39).

I received my shoes which were very uncomfortable and I had to return them. This involved having to email this supplier and then wait several days for a reply. I then had to insist that I did indeed want a refund and was then sent a FedEx packaging label. Using FedEx in the UK, even in London is a deeply inconvenient experience. I eventually found an open office (their website is not up to date with FedEx agents) only to be told that I had been sent the wrong label and they could not accept my parcel. I now have some expensive shoes that I will not wear and no refund. I’m still waiting for a reply to my complaint email. If you’re a UK buyer, AVOID this retailer.
Hi Susan,
Thanks for your feedback. Based on the emails we exchanged, you indicated they were small for your feet so that's why they are uncomfortable. Regarding the delay in our response, please accept my apologies. The recent bank holidays in Spain, combined with my personal circumstances—having just given birth—meant I was doing my best to catch up as quickly as possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
About the shipping experience, I’m sorry for the inconvenience you faced. This is the first time we’ve received such feedback regarding FedEx. We will certainly raise this issue with FedEx to ensure their partners have the most up-to-date information. While we can't control their processes, we are committed to improving this aspect. We have worked with various shipping providers for the UK, and FedEx has generally been our most reliable partner with minimal issues.
We will reach out to you shortly via email to arrange the return and address any further concerns.
Thank you again for your candid feedback. We truly value your input as it helps us improve.
Best regards,
Gabriela
