I'm still waiting for my order.

Hi Sergey, Your shoes were sent immediately and we sent you the tracking number via email, we even personally emailed you to kindly ask you to closely follow up the tracking link as Minsk is not a city we normally send. We have been replying swiftly to your emails but the delay is due to the post office and is something that escapes from our hands.
