disappointing

The shoes were too small. I followed the size chart and meassured my feet after a really long hot day. When returning them I received the answer that this model is smaller than other pairs. If you are a small label and you know, why not write it in the describtion? This is particularly annoying since I not only waited for more than a year until these were back in stock in my size but also needed to pay 17,50 € to return the purchase. Aaaand after 3 months they still didn't pay my refund of 118,40 €.

Thank you for your review. According to the delivery confirmation, the shoes were marked as delivered; however, our warehouse has not received them. We understand how frustrating this situation must be.

Since your return was processed through our portal, we have already issued your refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Regarding the size chart, each feet is different and some clients have even exchange this model for a smaller size. So depending on each client, shoes may size good, big or small to the general size the client wears. Its impossible to know.
